that Sutherland house is one of many beautiful homes in that neighborhood: https://www.arapahoeacres.co/our-story

i was lucky enough to tour a home Sutherland designed that is currently on sale for ~3,500,000, so I don't think the price is really out of pace for the area. some pictures of that home can by found in a post i made to this site for anyone interested. it looks like some of the details i really enjoyed from the cherry ln home are present in this one as well, i'll have to make time soon to reach out to the realtor and see if i can go take some pictures.

This is amazing. The Tern street one is perfect and the location is incredible, except for you know, hurricanes.

You should look at Zillow in Portland OR. I think you’d love Rummer, a local mid century architect that took inspiration from Eichler. Pietro Belluschi and John Yeon are also pretty incredible Oregon architects.

Here’s a great resource : https://www.instagram.com/modernhomesportland/

You've got to see the Cedervale neighbourhood modernist home featured in Atom Egoyan's 'Chloe' here in Toronto (as in visit it) Considering the architectural inclinations in the posts you've made I think the style/design would speak to you. Lit up at night, it's a true marvel.
